Maria Ritchie

Maria Stella Ritchie is a bilingual certified teacher and licensed realtor. She holds a bachelor's degree in administration and a master's degree in education. She has been highly dedicated teacher for over 34 years and has been working as an educator and realtor in an international and multicultural environment most of her life. Maria Stella received the Teacher Of the Year award at Cannan Elementary School for 2018-2019 . Cannan Elementary is a Title I school in Willis ISD. Serving the Hispanic community with ease and enjoyment is another skill that Maria Stella brings to her real estate practice and her clients greatly benefit from this.

She is working with many of her clients and it has been such an amazing experience to be able to offer her real estate services and the important information required to efficiently sell homes. Maria Stella has the experience and extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods, unmatchable client communication, organization and negotiation skills. She specializes in selling Lake Conroe properties, as well as homes in Montgomery County and Dallas.
